*Gabriel Kerwin*
Technical Training Specialist, EXFO

Gabriel Kerwin began his career at EXFO in 2006 as a Technical Inside Sales
Specialist and as a Technical Support Specialist for EXFO's Customer
Service Department. These positions enabled him to combine his engineering
background with his customer relations skills, providing him a good insight
into the various challenges that technicians are facing in the field. After
participating in many customer visits and on-site training activities,
Gabriel was promoted to Technical Training Specialist in 2010. He is now
responsible for preparing the material and delivering training sessions to
EXFO customers. Gabriel holds a bachelor's degree in Physical Engineering
from *Université Laval*.
